T Stands For Celebration

Hi Everyone! Another year has rolled around, and today is DH's birthday. We celebrated by having his favorite meal--homemade pasta which we ate so fast I neglected to take a photo! However, I did remember to take a photo of my drink for the T Tuesday gang.
As you can see, I've started decorating and have cheered up the Dining Room a bit. You can see some French beaded flowers that I just completed in the background, and, of course, Mr. Moose in his usual spot.  I made the birthday card on my new die cutting machine which I will tell you all about probably after the holidays since I have put it away for now.
Here is a closer look at the card.  This weekend we will be going to our close friend's Hanukkah Party, so DD & her boyfriend will be here for the weekend which will be nice.

This past weekend was the annual "Candy Cane Run" in our town.  Santa goes around on the back of a fire truck handing out candy canes to all the kids in the neighborhood. They usually make several passes on nearby roads but I didn't have my camera ready in time. So, instead I will leave you with a photo of a visitor of another kind while I go finish decorating!

Happy T Day everyone!

Happy birthday to your dear husband. I am always impressed with your homemade pasta. I've only tried making it once and it turned out OK. Not great, but not bad, either.

Looks like you showered your husband with a beautiful card, and I'm so impressed you have a die cutting machine. Looks like you have all the right tools now.

Your home looks quite festive already, and your bubbly seems to go right along with the holidays. I've never heard of eggnog ice cream, but it sounds wonderful, since I love eggnog. BTW, I'm going to try using some in some french toast I'll be making this weekend.

Thanks for sharing your lovely card, your wine, your beaded flowers, and your husband's birthday with us for T this week.

Happy birthday to your hubby! That is a beautiful card too. I can't wait to hear about your new die cutting machine-I love what all the new ones are capable of but I probably won't own one myself. Your dinner sounds wonderful and I love the cloth on your table with all the decorations. Happy T day!

Homemade pasta sounds like a wonderful treat for sure.
Your moose card is super.
I got so excited on our trip when we saw moose crossing signs by the highways, but they were all hiding :-(
Happy T Day
I have missed you

Ha, happy belated birthday to your husband! My DH's birthday was yesterday (the 14th).
I like your reindeer card. Looking forward to seeing your die cutting machine after the holidays.
What a cute visitor! A little squirrel. They are considered vermin here. The red squirrel has completely disappeared and the grey squirrel is a pest. So sad.
Thank you for commenting already,
Happy T-day and have a good week,
Lisca
