Color Me Blue

I recently finished this monochromatic arrangement and finally had time to list it in my Etsy shop. Occasionally, I come across an interesting little vase like this one, and make flowers that I think will compliment it. I've done a few beaded flower arrangements in shades of one color, and even though the flowers may not be true to life, I think they work well.

Do you ever come across an interesting supply, bead, paper, ribbon, etc., and make something around it?

Oh wow. That cobalt blue is my favorite color. It's in my kitchen, my bedroom, and office, too. I adore those flowers. You must have spent a LOT of time making them. They are truly gorgeous.

I tend to work with whatever is in front of me at the moment. Sometimes I have a scheme, or want to try a new technique, but I never seem to have a particular favorite for any length of time.

Oh that blue rose is amazing!! Love the way all the colors works together. And yes, I have done a lot like that. I have knitted a shawl to match some beads...

Yes, I have done that several times, like knitting a pullover to match my earrings! Your flowers are beautiful, love the different shades of blue! Hugs, Valerie

The flowers and the vase are a great combo. I tend to have an idea and then dig through my supplies to see if I can execute it.
