APR-Sunsets

Mistakes are valuable. They show us the correct path to take next time.--Unknown

It's been awhile since I've had a chance to play along with the Artist's Play Room. This week's prompt is sunsets and since I love them and have been trying to practice drawing trees without leaves, I thought I would join in.
Aceo=baseball card size. Watercolor and Sakura Micron Pens on a piece of card stock.

Thanks for the inspiration, Jenn!

I love your interpretation of sunset. When I hosted two color swaps back in 2005, we did a color each month for 14 months. I was SO sick of color, it wasn't funny. Odd, one group chose sunRISE and the other chose sunSET. It's amazing how closely the two look.

I was truly impressed with your purple, a color I only see at night here in the midwest. Great entry for this theme.

Trees without leaves are my favorite sculptures. I love the pink and purple mixed with the orange in your sunset.

Wonderfully sculptured tree in a grey and desolate plain with the most striking backdrop of beauty. Love it! :0))

Great sunset for APR. I didn't manage to meet any art challenges last week. Maybe this time.
