I Made Soup!

Bead soup, that is, and turned it into this cute little maple tree:
Since the squirrels seem to have (again) beat me to the acorns that drop to the ground, I made some caps with my own hand made mold. I dusted the mold with pearl-ex powder first so it would have some sparkle. Wrapped the bottom of the terracotta pot with jute, added a cute double bow and some cork on the bottom to protect the table.

I'll be back on Monday with my latest AB spread and my annual free shipping sale that I hold every October for my birthday!

Have a happy creative weekend everyone!

You need to visit me...the acorns are a bumper crop this year and sitting in my family room drop every second and cover my deck where you can't even walk! Happy birthday to you too! Have a great day and as always I love your bead work! :-)

Really cute- you could have a lot of fun making all sorts of mini beaded/multi media scenes in flower pots.

I loved that you also make your own molds for polymer clay. And of course, that tree is simply wonderful!! I am always in awe of what you do. I could NEVER do anything like this. It's so good we each have special talents.
