Yesterday, Today & another Giveaway!

Yesterday...

turned out to be a little deceiving since it mostly rained or sleeted all day with little accumulation. This morning we woke up to this:

At least 6" with more to come. The trees looked so pretty!

We are supposed to get about another 6" before the storm finally ends on Sunday morning! At least we have a snow blower! So much of today was spent baking cookies with our daughter. She's 17 and can handle it alone but says it is "Mom-Daughter bonding time!" so how can I argue with that!
Here is the lovely box of scrapbook goodies that I received from Chris at Maple Ridge Vintage.Besides the kit to make a digital hardbound photo album, there was another photo album, a Scrapbooking Made Easy book, and probably hundreds of die cuts & stickers! I'll have fun with these for a long, long time! Thanks, Chris!

Hope you all have a great weekend! Stay warm wherever you are!

Hey cherish those daughter/mom times. Again I am so glad I no longer live in snow country.

I have been seeing that storm on the new all day...So many people without power..I'm glad our Winter is warmer this year...Sounds like you and your daughter spent a great day together....I wish my daughter lived close so we could do that too...Or to be able to do that with my Grand-daughter...
