If you are a regular reader of my blog, you may have seen my previous post showing the buds peaking out to herald the arrival of Spring. See it here. I though it might be fun to show you what it looks like now! As I said in my earlier post, it does not reach its full potential until late August when it blooms with delicate lavender colored flowers.
Here are our azaleas in front of our house. The lavender one is in full bloom-the deep pink one is ready to open its buds any day now. It is a lower plant- perhaps a different variety.
